In my 83 years on this earth I have not experienced a realtor with as much professionalism as Bryan Clark. Besides securing a contract on my house in less than 2 weeks, he arranged to have it cleaned and made presentable at a cost that was far below what estimates that I had acquired. Bryan was an incredible relator to work with! I had to sell my house unexpectedly and he was there with me every step of the way. He was knowledgeable about the market, a strong negotiator, great communicator, incredibly patient, and he was always available to speak with when I had questions.
