Britney was fantastic from start to finish. She is very quick to respond, track down other parties when they weren't responding in a timely fashion and very speedy when processing documents. Her sweet demeanor and professional approach made buying and selling our homes a breeze. Britney is a great communicator and will work 24/7, we even had to remind her she was on vacation when she sent closing documents. Joan did an excellent job throughout the buying process, from looking for the house that fits our criteria all the way to the closing date. Very responsive and knowledgeable whenever we have a question whether it’s about the buying process, information about the area or things that we needed to do as a first time home buyer. We couldn’t do the final walkthrough and asked her to do it instead, she did Really great at ensuring that everything is up to standard and issue being taken care of if there’s any. Really friendly and professional throughout the buying process and even afterwards. She still communicates with us to ensure that everything that needed to get fix is taken care of or if we have question about anything.
