I was stuck in a rock and a hard place and needing to sell my house extra fast. I contacted someone that was not able to help me but was able to put me in contact with Janet. Janet was very professional and quick and knew exactly what she was doing. She told me she was confident she would be able to sell my house within one month. She in return found a buyer for my house within 2 days of us meeting. Closing took place two and a half weeks later. I can not thank Janet enough, she put me in a spot where I am doing great right now. Thanks Janet for all your hard work and expertise.

Just wanted to write a short review conveying how enjoyable it has been to work with Britney these past several months. Janet was so helpful in regards of this transaction. It was a high price property and we were dealing with a sellers agent that was not helpful at all! Janet was so detail, oriented and communicative with me the whole time. We were able to lock in and negotiate terms of the owner finance contract and close.
