When we first met Annette, it was like we had known her forever. She's very sweet, very personable and VERY knowledgeable about the real estate market. We couldn't have asked for a better agent to sell our home. She made the job so very easy on us. It went so smoothly. We had the initial visit on a Monday, we signed the contract on Tuesday, the photographer and sign post on Wednesday, the house went on the market and online Thursday, we had our first potential buyer on Friday and they bought the house. ONE DAY ON THE MARKET!! As I said, so smooth and so fast. WoW!! So, if you're looking to sell, we wouldn't hesitate to refer anyone to Annette .. she's AWESOME!!
