Joan did an excellent job throughout the buying process, from looking for the house that fits our criteria all the way to the closing date. Very responsive and knowledgeable whenever we have a question whether it’s about the buying process, information about the area or things that we needed to do as a first time home buyer. We couldn’t do the final walkthrough and asked her to do it instead, she did Really great at ensuring that everything is up to standard and issue being taken care of if there’s any. Really friendly and professional throughout the buying process and even afterwards. She still communicates with us to ensure that everything that needed to get fix is taken care of or if we have question about anything.

Joan is by far the best realtor I have used. Her communication is excellent, she gives timely feedback and is available when needed. Her real estate knowledge is also top notch, she looks into comps, and gives realistic expectations on selling price and offers.
