Britney was fantastic from start to finish. She is very quick to respond, track down other parties when they weren't responding in a timely fashion and very speedy when processing documents. Her sweet demeanor and professional approach made buying and selling our homes a breeze. Britney is a great communicator and will work 24/7, we even had to remind her she was on vacation when she sent closing documents. She has a great way of balancing between getting task done and keeping the process from being overwhelming or stressfull. 10 out of 10, would do it all over again.
I found Britney on a neighborhood FB page. Not knowing any agents in the area, I decided I would take the chance and see what she could do for us. SHE WAS AMAZING! We discussed the market values and what the average houses were selling for in our area. Brittney gave her opinion, but comfortably allowed us to decide what we wanted her to do for us. Collaboratively we came up with a listing price and she had it on the market in no time, our house sold in 1 day!!! During the selling process, brittney was on top of it, she is a great communicator! (which is key to success) She explained the process as we went through each step and made us feel very comfortable reaching out to her with any questions or concerns we had. I could not have asked for a more smooth transition and a better agent! Britney is friendly, supportive and I highly recommend using her. You won't have regrets!!!!
I am a project manager, so I tend to be very thorough and a tad bit OCD :) Britney exceeded my expectations. Her communication skills are awesome! If she didn't have an answer she would find it and get back with you in a speedy timeframe. Britney was always following up on everything to make sure everything was in order and in place for the next step. She made it very easy for us and I was always reissued that she had our back on any issues. I would highly recommend Britney for both buyer/seller needs.
