Sarah showed incredible patience with us during our year long search for a house. Showed us houses we rejected solely due to location--some more than once--which we should have rejected without dragging her to them. She gave us all the time we wanted and showed us many houses with never a hint of criticism or complaint at our indecisiveness. As our search went on the housing market became tighter and tighter--with some houses selling within days of going on the market. She was careful to check all he boxes and make sure houses met our "wants" as well as needs. She found us the perfect house and handled the purchase efficiently and with skill. We appreciated all she did.

Sarah was amazing to work with and extremely patient with our first home buyer knowledge. She met with us to get an idea of what our likes and dislikes were and only showed us houses that met those criteria, or those that she felt we needed to see for options. Each step of the way Sarah shared her knowledge and referred us to reliable and knowledgeable lenders and inspectors. Sarah provided the encouragement we needed through many disappointments and in the end we found our dream home to start our family. Sarah was raised in Olympia and is raising her children here too. She has wonderful knowledge of the area and really listened to our wishlist and “must haves.” The home we fell in love with and ended up buying is one I originally didn’t even think I wanted to look at and she convinced me to take a look! I’m so glad she did because she was spot on - it ended up being the perfect home for our family. As a first time home buyer, I feel grateful for having a patient and fun real estate agent to work with. Amanda assisted me in narrowing down my search criteria and I was able to find the perfect sized cute house in Fife! :D I had a ton of questions and Amanda encouraged me to ask anything (there's no such thing as silly questions- you're buying a house!).
