Savannah listed my place in the end of November. It was on the market for about a week before I had an offer. The potential buyers pulled out in the beginning of January and it went back on the market. It was only 2 weeks before I had another offer and this one went through. Savannah did a great job keeping me informed of all that was going on which was important to me as I currently live out of state and was selling a rental property. If I ever buy or sell another property in Washington, I will absolutely go with Savannah again.

I did not know Savannah nor was she a referral. She was one of the agent’s who responded to my request for a seller’s agent. She was excellent to work with. My entire house selling process was smooth and stress free. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a great agent to work with.

I cannot thank Sarah enough for working with us through this whole process. After being a life-long renter, I was finally ready to take the plunge but there were several challenges – the pandemic, a ridiculously hot real estate market, a limited budget but specific needs, a wide area in which we were looking (from Olympia out west to Aberdeen and south to Centralia, Chehalis and beyond), and doing so from way over in Wenatchee. Sarah was the perfect agent for us. She patiently showed us numerous homes throughout our wide search area, including some I am sorry to have sent her into. She was always there for advice but never tried to push us into or out of a decision. She would point out things to consider and let us decide. After all the houses we looked at and four offers on houses that were close but not quite enough, she really came though with getting us into the house that really was the best of anything we looked at. Throughout it all she always said, “Trust the process and you will get the house you were meant to have in the end.” I doubted that line all along, but I must admit that is exactly how things turned out. Sarah built enough trust that we made the offer on our new home solely on her video walkthrough and advice, without having physically been to it. When we came over for the inspection after the offer was accepted thanks to her, we were completely happy with what we found and continue to be so after a month and having finished the move. Savannah has been a lifesaver for me during not one but two stressful life events that involved selling houses and she was a total rockstar during both situations! She made it super easy and basically did all the work for me just short of packing up my stuff! :) She also was willing to travel pretty far out where the homes were located. The photographers she uses take beautiful photos and really highlighted the best parts of the house. She was also able to line up a cleaner and a landscaper for me last minute that helped me out so much. I had so much trouble finding reliable people in my budget that did a good job and Savannah was able to lock it down for me and get people there. There’s no way I would’ve been able to do this all myself. And I have had negative experiences with other realtors I’ve used before through buying where I had to do a lot of the work myself and communication was terrible. Savannah's always very responsive and keeps me up to date with the process. Plus going through a lot personally for her to help take the stress off me with selling the houses was just amazing. Any of my future home needs I will always look to Savannah first!

We listed our home with Savannah and she was nothing but perfect. We listed it and with in 12 hours we had multiple offers. She walked us through the whole process and keep us up to date all along. If we had any questions or concerns she was always available to help. After our home was sold she helped us get into a rental and when we are ready to buy again we will be using no one but Savannah. I highly recommend her.

When I first got ahold of savannah, I was just curious about a house that was near my daughters school. She made me feel comfortable enough to explain my situation with my house. It was my second time dealing with a real estate agent, but it was the first time I actually felt the agent was on my side. Savannah was patient with me, allowed me to tour countless amounts of houses and understood what I wanted in home. I never felt rushed, I always felt like a friend was looking out for me. I absolutely loved working with her and would HIGHLY recommend working with Savannah if you have the opportunity.
