She even followed up with us on various repairs and what not that our house needed well after we were done were done working with her, which I thought was very generous. I bought my home with Savannah several years ago and had a good experience, so it was natural that I would turn to her when it was time to sell. We had to move fast...I was buying a new home and everything was happening very rapidly. Savannah helped me get my home ready to sell in two days - literally. We decided to sell on a Wednesday and we were listed by Friday morning. I went on a backpacking trip starting Friday afternoon and was back in cell service the following Sunday. Savannah had two offers ready for me, and by Monday there was a third, all organized for me to compare and all above asking price. Once I chose my offer, she worked closely with me through negotiations, inspection period, and the required parts I had to do as a seller since my home had a septic tank. I felt really supported through all of it, and she was responsive and informative at each step. There was an issue with one of the septic contractors and Savannah really went to bat for me and got me a partial refund! Once we got through all that, closing was simple and we didn't have any last-minute roadblocks or issues. Part of this is that we're in a strong sellers market, but I do think Savannah has the knowledge and foresight to help things run smoothly. She also has good connections with contractors, which really helped me as a seller. I had a great selling experience with Savannah and would highly recommend her to anyone. She'll be my first contact for future real estate needs.

Our family had been entertaining the idea of purchasing a new home over the last couple of years. We liked our current home, but weren't sure what we could get if we sold, how much we qualified for, all the things...We were recommended Laura through a family friend, and from the moment we started discussing buying, Laura was an absolute God-send: no pressure, helpful, offered insight and encouragement, completely had our back! She was upfront about what we could afford, made recommendations based on our needs and what expressed was our best interests...I loved that she was there for consulting and recommending, but didn't pressure us in any way. Laura is such an awesome realtor, but more, just a genuinely good person. She connected us with a local finance specialist (Arle Seaton, who's team was incredible too!), helped us find a better rate on our insurance...she was absolutely amazing. Finding an agent is one of those difficult things you could come across when it comes time to find a home. You usually want to find someone who is just easy to work with. In our case, we didn't just find someone who was easy to work with. We found someone who we felt we've been friends with for some time. Laura made looking for a house so much easier especially when she listened to both of our needs for a home. She was readily available when we had a house we wanted to look at, got us informed on the property, neighborhood and schools in the area.
