We were lucky to have worked with Josh Abbey on the sale of our house. It came at a critical time, when we really needed to sell our house as quick as possible. Josh and his team worked tirelessly to get our house market ready in less than a week! We put our house on the market on a Friday evening and by Monday evening, we had several competing offers! Abbey Realty is a small, local, & trustworthy real estate company and I highly recommend Josh as an agent should you need to buy or sell!

Josh knows the business and took care of us. He’s always there if you need him and just a great approachable guy. He’s super honest and dependable. We couldn’t of asked for a better realtor. Thank you taking care of us. We appreciate all you’ve done and can’t thank you enough.

Joshua Abbey is far and away the most knowledgeable and honest real estate professional I have dealt with in my over 50 years of real estate investing. It would be highly unlikely that anyone could find a better real estate broker to assist them in their real estate needs.

When I asked my landlord if she would be interested in selling her house to me, my landlord put me in contact with her realtor, Savannah Parker. Savannah contacted me the same day and began walking me through the arduous process of purchasing my first home. From beginning to end, she was prompt, polite, informative and trustworthy. I can't recommend her more highly. Her timelines and cost projections were accurate. She understood I was new to the home-buying process, but I never gathered a hint of condescension or insider realty-speak. She was down to earth, encouraging and collaborative every step of the way. Bravo, Savannah!

Savannah was extremely helpful to my wife and I, as we prepared to move from Georgia to Washington. During the crazy market for Buyers, Savannah was extremely helpful in writing offers, providing recommendations on competitive offers, and always responded quickly despite the time zone differences. She quickly learned what aspects of a home were important to my wife and I and tailored the house hunting towards them. I would highly recommend Savannah to anyone in seeking to buy a home in the area!

Knowledgeable, friendly, helpful, responds to texts almost immediately, was able to assess the home value and chose the perfect selling price. Resulting in us selling for $35k over asking price. Even after the house was closed I ask questions about other properties and she looks it up and gets right back to me. Shes a superstar for sure.

Savannah is the only agent I would call again. She was professional, personable and definitely knowledgeable about the market. Thanks to her we received more than we expected on our sale. Great agent.
