We purchased with Savannah on our daughter and her in-laws suggestion. We were interested in Anderson Island which is accessible only by ferry so viewing, inspecting, etc is much more difficult. Savannah took it all in stride and made it all work. We also purchased a separate lot and Savannah arranged the transaction for that and set it up with with a real estate attorney. We literally had to just show up to sign.

It has been a rewarding experience to work with Sarah! I had a house I had rented out for over 20 years and the wear and tear showed.
