Together, we worked as a team to represent my property. It was very easy to do. He has extensive knowledge of the community I lived in and the surrounding neighborhoods. We discussed listing options, pricing, and every single offer including the pros and cons of the offer. As my representative, he wanted what was best for me. His representation of my property included a professionally prepared tour of both the interior and exterior of my home and the neighborhood and community. I recently put a new roof on my home and he advertised the new roof to attract interested buyers. During the time my home was under contract with Steve Slocum, I vacated the property and moved to another state. I had no worries of leaving my home in his capable hands. It was like he considered the property his and cared for it like it was his own. We were in constant communication regarding open houses, interested parties, offers, and the home inspection. It was as though I had never left the area. Steve has exceptional negotiation skills and is a great judge of character.
