Steve is known as the real estate guru in our neighborhood! He is trustworthy and prices his properties at fair market value which in turn gets the sale closed quickly and efficiently. This is our 4th time working with Steve, that should tell it all! He went above and beyond professionally and personally helping us when we were out of the country with odds and ends which went beyond his scope of work. From the minute I met asked Echo to help me find a place near the water, she was on it! She would look initially for condos, as I had asked her to do, I drove me around wherever there was a condo for sale in my price range. But when viewing the condos and the associated fees, I decided to shift my focus to rather by a home, and she started a new search for myself, and advised me for what to look for in a home, like repairs and so forth, and what a fair price to offer could be. After many trips, with also my daughter in law, when I was out of town, she found a home that was exactly what I was looking for, and again advised on what to offer, and the reason for what would be a fair price. After I purchased the home she helped me in finding different services and helped me set them up, and even met some service provider when I was unable to meet them. Could not have asked for a Better Real Estate Agent, and can only highly recommend Echo Belser to anybody that is in search od any kinds of real estate.
