She is quick to get back to you with answers, does great pre homework to help find houses that fit into your specifications and her honesty and trustworthiness is so refreshing. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a realtor. This is the 4th time we have used her.
Steve Slocum is extremely knowledgeable of the ever changing real-estate market. After meeting Steve at an open house in my neighborhood, I felt very comfortable enlisting him to list my home. He knew the area well and he was on target at estimating the value of my property. He was extremely professional and offered tips on how to present my home to make it catch buyers attention. He went far beyond what I expected when he took care of all the details and fixes that needed to be done after a leak had damaged the ceiling in my home while I was away. This unfortunate event happened right before the buyers inspection. He worked with the association and kept the buyers informed as he oversaw the repairs and made sure it was finished to the highest standards. I was unable to be there and felt fully confident that Steve would take care of things as promised. He treats you as if you are his only client. I have bought and sold 20+ homes in several states and I have never had such an incredible experience as I had with Steve Slocum. I told him that if I could give him 10 stars instead of 5 stars, I would. He knocked it out of the ballpark! Thanks Steve.

Kerry Langman was my realtor he sold my condo for me. With this being the first time for me selling a home Kerry was very understanding and professional he explained everything to me and answered my questions I had. I did not know what would be a good price to put on my condo he had the knowledge of what the other condos in my area were going for so that helped us to figure out what to charge. Greg was very helpful in helping us find our home. He's very knowledgeable, friendly, thoughtful, and professional. He listened to what we were looking for and had many great ideas himself. He didn't just care about selling a house but he cared about us as a family. It took a while to find our home but he helped us from beginning to end.
