Kerry Langman was my realtor he sold my condo for me. With this being the first time for me selling a home Kerry was very understanding and professional he explained everything to me and answered my questions I had. I did not know what would be a good price to put on my condo he had the knowledge of what the other condos in my area were going for so that helped us to figure out what to charge. This ended up being a good experience for me and I appreciate Kerry for his hardwork and helping me through all of it. I would recommend 941 to everyone looking to buy or sell their homes.

We have known Kerry for over 13 years . We have done 5 transactions with him in that time . Each and every time he listens to what we’re looking for and delivers . Unlike some other realtors we’ve had that were extremely pushy didn’t care about what we were looking for just out for the fast commission . Kerry is not like that , gives us the real of it no bs. He caught defects in perspective homes while showing, caught a multi-thousand dollar mistake on the closing statement, and constantly follows through post sale checking to see if there is anything he can do to make the whole moving process less stressful.
