Steve is known as the real estate guru in our neighborhood! He is trustworthy and prices his properties at fair market value which in turn gets the sale closed quickly and efficiently. From the minute I met asked Echo to help me find a place near the water, she was on it! She would look initially for condos, as I had asked her to do, I drove me around wherever there was a condo for sale in my price range. But when viewing the condos and the associated fees, I decided to shift my focus to rather by a home, and she started a new search for myself, and advised me for what to look for in a home, like repairs and so forth, and what a fair price to offer could be. After many trips, with also my daughter in law, when I was out of town, she found a home that was exactly what I was looking for, and again advised on what to offer, and the reason for what would be a fair price. After I purchased the home she helped me in finding different services and helped me set them up, and even met some service provider when I was unable to meet them.
