Kerry is by far the best real estate agent we’ve used. We live out of state which created some logistical difficulties. Kerry overcame every obstacle and allowed us to use our limited Florida time very efficiently. He was able to quickly hone in on our tastes and desires, and only showed us relevant properties. He understood our financial parameters and we only visited homes within that price range-there was no bidding up. Kerry knows the market and the personality of each of the developments—he clearly gave us pro/cons of each as it related to our perspective. My house sale was more involved than expected due to financial fall throughs on buyer end so it was on the market longer. Kerry was amazing, he waited for the repair man when I lived over an hour away for an appliance repair. He picked out and picked up flooring, and always was available. Who does that? If you are looking for a conscientious, hardworking realtor that really cares, he is the best.

Steve and his team are well organize and helpful as we prepare to put our condo on the market. In a timely manner he completed all the require work to list and publicize our condo was for sale. Although, we had numerous showing in the first week, Steve still planned an "open house" showing on the first available weekend to draw in more buyers.
