Steve is known as the real estate guru in our neighborhood! He is trustworthy and prices his properties at fair market value which in turn gets the sale closed quickly and efficiently. From the minute I met asked Echo to help me find a place near the water, she was on it! She would look initially for condos, as I had asked her to do, I drove me around wherever there was a condo for sale in my price range. But when viewing the condos and the associated fees, I decided to shift my focus to rather by a home, and she started a new search for myself, and advised me for what to look for in a home, like repairs and so forth, and what a fair price to offer could be. Upon reviewing the comps and inspecting my fully renovated condo, complete with high-end finishes, he immediately recognized its premium value. Understanding this, Steve immediately targeted the property's marketing towards high-end buyers. These are the types of buyers who appreciate the difference between brands like Coach and Gucci. He began to create videos and photos that highlighted the luxurious features included with the condo. We only showed the property to potential buyers who understood what "high-end" truly means. The results came quickly. Within less than a week, we received an offer. We could have received multiple offers, but Steve didn't want to be the type of agent who undercuts and plays games with buyers or sellers.
