Shateia made sure that we saw as many houses as we needed to, in order to find the perfect home. She looked at all aspects of the house to make sure we didn't over bid on a property, and she made us ask ourselves great questions when deciding on the place we want to live. Kim is everything you want in a realtor! She knows the area like the back of her hand. She knows the neighborhoods, schools, restaurants and all the places to have fun! She really listens to her clients, and very quickly develops an understanding of their wish list. She is also very skilled at setting expectations.
