As first time homebuyers, working with Dave was a great experience from start to finish. Before we had even moved to PA as renters, Dave set up a video call with us and walked us through a bunch of information we needed to know, being so new to this process. We never felt pressured to put an offer on a house we didn't want. We must have seen 20 homes with Dave, and he was never anything other than accommodating and kind. Even when we weren't actively looking for a home, Dave would check in often and keep us updated with what the market and interest rates were looking like. I really felt like he cared about us as individuals, not just as clients. When we did decide to put in offers, Dave worked quickly and professionally, helping us put in competitive offers even under the pressure of very quick deadlines. Ultimately, we ended up closing on a wonderful home in October 2024 thanks in large part to Dave's incredible work ethic.
