Mark was super helpful and friendly as well as knowledgeable. He was always able to answer my questions in a timely manner and always made sure I understood what he was telling me as I this was my first home purchase and was unfamiliar with a bunch of the procedures and language used.

My husband and I have purchased 11 homes in 17 years and I can honestly say working with Mark Flinchbaugh was by far the best all around home search and home buying process we have experienced..right down to the settlement table! I could not recommend anyone with better credentials than Mark!

We cannot say enough wonderful things about our experience working with Mark and Adam! From start to finish, they went above and beyond to make the entire process as smooth and stress-free as possible. Mark and Adam were incredibly knowledgeable, responsive, professional, and truly cared about finding the right outcome for us. They were always available to answer our questions, explain things clearly, and guide us through every step. We always felt like we were their priority. What stood out the most was their dedication, patience, and attention to detail. They made what could have been an overwhelming process feel manageable and even enjoyable. We felt completely confident having them in our corner and knew we were getting honest advice every step of the way. If you’re looking for real estate agents who genuinely care about their clients, work incredibly hard, and go above and beyond expectations, we highly recommend Mark and Adam. We are so grateful for everything they did for us and would absolutely work with them again!

Cindy has great knowledge on all aspects of her job. As a first time homeowner I was naïve to the process, Cindy took the time to explain the whole process to me. she walked me through step-by-step, staying in contact daily, explaining all forms that I needed to sign explained all my options. I felt that she had my best interest at heart . cindy’s personality and knowledge of her job is outstanding. I would highly recommend her to my family and friends. It was an absolute pleasure meeting her and working with her.

She kept me knowing everything that was going on. Ask questions to the lender for me. Negotiate with the seller for what I was comfortable in paying.

This was my first time buying a house and Cindy made it very easy. She is very knowledgeable at what she does and explained everything so even I could understand it,

Jason worked with us to develop a plan for selling our home/property in order that we could maximize the value from our home, while meeting our desire for selling at a quick pace. After all was said and done, less than 24 hours on the market, our home sold for full asking price. Thank you Jason for helping us realize our dream for building our "forever" home and securing for us a quick sell on our original home. Very much appreciated. Lee and Stacy

Worked with us to find a new home for a few years. Assisted in sale by obtaining contractors for fix up.

Jason was phenomenal. He was extremely professional and knowledgeable, no detail was overlooked. I wish I had another house to sell just to see him in action again. Thinking of selling your home: Call Jason. You'll like the results.
