Tricia was an amazing agent. We drove down to Maryland from Pennsylvania after seeing the house on the internet. We called the agent on the sign and he told us he couldn't represent the seller and the buyer so he contacted Tricia for us. She called us immediately on a Sunday afternoon and we got to see the property the next day. Her guidance throughout the entire sale transaction was seamless. There were two safety issues that I would not budge on and the sellers did not want to deal with; however, she came up with a plan that satisfied us. We were looking for an investmment property / short term rental in ocean city. Juston helped us find the right real estate by helping us in each step, coordinating to show us the properties we chose as well as suggesting some on his own. We went through each of them with organized precision and time efficiency so that we had enough time to spare for ice cream at the Dumsers Dairy afterwards :) He did a lot of background work for us, talking with the property's HOA, and the county's rules and regulations regarding short term rentals, to make sure that it fulfilled all the requirements we needed. We finally made an offer to a listing just 2 days in the market and the seller accepted! Our strategy moving forward was to go through each phase, analyzing each move. Juston helped us feel confident about each decision we made throughout the process. There were challenges involved, especially when the inspection report came back and we had to replace all water pipes. Juston negotiated with the seller's agent and got concessions towards repairs. Prior to that he also pushed for help in closing costs. We were excited when our appraisal came back higher than our purchase price. Through constant and open comminication, we were able to close within a month. Juston is professional, methodical, organized, efficient and quick thinking, qualities that really gave us an advantage in our search. Highly recommended!
