80 real estate agents in Northumberland County

Diana sold us a home in the Northern Neck six years ago and kept in touch. We just asked her to represent us in our search for a larger home (to accommodate our growing family of grandchildren!). Diana is delightful. She is also no nonsense, direct, truthful, honest and very dedicated to her craft. Outstanding customer service. She also knows her stuff. We had a potentially sticky situation with a septic system. Diana understood the problem and worked tirelessly to clear up the situation before closing. She has given us solid advice every step of the way, twice. We are extremely grateful and feel lucky to have her represent us. She understands houses and property and gives honest advice about them.

Diana helped us with a purchase in Kilmarnock and she has excellent experience and advice! I would highly recommend.

I can save you a lot of time... We had a very positive experience and successful outcome with Diana Wolfson. I could not possibly make a stronger recommendation to hire Diana as your real estate agent. I would choose her 100 times over given the chance! My brother and I had to sell our mother's house following her death. He lives in Delaware, I live in Maryland, and we are both a long, congested hours-long drive away from the house we were selling. We interviewed 5 (!) agents in-person and Diana was the clear star. I immediately noted her extensive industry knowledge, negotiating skills and confidence, and commitment to professionalism. She is well-versed in industry protocols and standards, and I was sure we would not encounter any missteps along the way. We didn't. We had a great experience, sold the house in a timely manner, and made a tidy profit. Mom would be proud.

I loved working with Katie and David. They kept me informed about the housing market, about how to improve my home’s marketability, and about the progress we as a team were making. Katie was there beside me the whole time and I’m so grateful for her support.

Katie and David Dew at IsaBell K Horsley Real Estate are what we call “The Dream Team”! We loved working with a knowledgeable third generation family business. They took such good care of us and fought to secure our dream home for us. They truly were a pleasure to work with in every way.
