I can save you a lot of time... We had a very positive experience and successful outcome with Diana Wolfson. I could not possibly make a stronger recommendation to hire Diana as your real estate agent. I would choose her 100 times over given the chance! My brother and I had to sell our mother's house following her death. He lives in Delaware, I live in Maryland, and we are both a long, congested hours-long drive away from the house we were selling. We interviewed 5 (!) agents in-person and Diana was the clear star. I immediately noted her extensive industry knowledge, negotiating skills and confidence, and commitment to professionalism. She is well-versed in industry protocols and standards, and I was sure we would not encounter any missteps along the way. We didn't. We had a great experience, sold the house in a timely manner, and made a tidy profit. Mom would be proud.
