I can save you a lot of time... We had a very positive experience and successful outcome with Diana Wolfson. I could not possibly make a stronger recommendation to hire Diana as your real estate agent. I would choose her 100 times over given the chance! My brother and I had to sell our mother's house following her death. He lives in Delaware, I live in Maryland, and we are both a long, congested hours-long drive away from the house we were selling. We interviewed 5 (!) agents in-person and Diana was the clear star. I immediately noted her extensive industry knowledge, negotiating skills and confidence, and commitment to professionalism. Diana was a wonderful real estate agent. She was always accessible and easy to communicate with. If I had questions, she was quick in getting back with me. She had a great knowledge of the Northern Neck area as well as the Tappahannock area. She was easy to gain a rapport with and very friendly.
