When I connected with Diana I was quick to tell her my circumstances and my criteria because I was not in a place to be hurried or to waste her time. She actually heard me, and her approach made me feel like I was in total control of my timeframe. My life was in a bit of upheaval and I just couldn’t imagine having to deal with feeling rushed. Diane was always available, negotiated well with the buyers, she knew the phrase “ know when to hold them and know when to fold them”. She was kind and understanding that this was family land and it was hard for me to let it go. I cannot thank her enough for all her knowledge, advice, and attentiveness to sell my land. If I had more land to sell, she would be my first choice in a realtor.
