My wife and I found Mary extremely easy to work with. She listened to exactly what we envisioned for having a second home at OCMD. She found a bunch of listings for us to look at, and we coordinated very easily to see everything on a particular weekend. Her personal insights into the different units were invaluable. She gave us different things to consider when making our decision, her follow up through texting and emails was very timely and she helped us with our negotiating. On the day of closing, she added her personal touch with some welcome gifts and was truly just as excited for us as we were to share this news of getting a place at the beach with our family. We consider her more than just our realtor, we certainly consider her our friend!

Amy Coy served as our expert guide during our recent home purchase in Ocean Pines, MD. A consummate professional, Amy is extremely knowledgable about the local market and the home buying process. We were WOWED by her stellar client service. She went way above and beyond at every step of the process. Amy was extremely prepared for each of our tours and leveraged technology including an app so that we could see real-time as our appointments were confirmed, making planning much easier. We were on a tight time table and needed to identify a home and close quickly. To accomodate our quick turnaround, Amy was extremely flexible and very generous with her time. We often adjusted tours on the fly when something new and intriguing hit the market. With her strong background in and knowledge about construction, Amy was an ace! She was able to point out potential yellow and red flags at each property we visited. Her assessments about deferred maintenance and likely costs of future maintenance were spot on and absolutely invaluable. Amy was also very responsive to our questions and requests which were plentiful - annoyingly so at times, I'm sure. :-) Very well connected within the local community, Amy was able to provide a plethora of trusted and much appreciated referrals. We feel extremely lucky that we found a Realtor with such extensive expertise in all areas of home buying. As an added bonus, Amy has a great sense of humor and is an absolute pleasure to be around. We thoroughly enjoyed spending time with her. She is a delight! What we value most of all, though, is that it was crystal clear from our very first conversation through our last signature at closing that Amy was most concerned with our satisfaction and ultimate success. There were a few hairy moments along the way when our anxiety got the best of us. Amy was firmly in our corner and wanted us to make the decision that was best for us and our family.
