We had many bumps in the road with the closing process , which can be frustrating , but i had full confidence with Lisa's knowledge and experience that things would be fine . Dave Hourigan communicated clearly and in a timely manner throughout the entire process. He actually responded to our questions while he was on vacation. He successfully worked with the buyer's novice agent. I was very anxious about selling and Dave had a calming nature.
