Shea did an amazing job on selling us our first home. He helped navigate us through the house buying process and was available for questions at anytime throughout the process. He addressed all of our concerns and helped us change paths when we felt it was needed. He also made sure we were getting into a good home instead of pushing for something outside of our budget or something that was structurally unsound. Once we got an accepted offer Shea worked late nights to make sure we closed on time, and even helped us switch mortgage lenders with only 10 days to closing! All in all if Shea wasn't our realtor we would never have gotten into our house, or even gotten to closing on time.

Monte is super knowledgeable at his craft and knows the in and outs when it comes to real estate. And anything we needed he was there to answer, at almost any time of the day! He also went above and beyond when our original loan wasn’t available for the type of home we were interested in. He got us in touch with someone the very next day to get it all straightened out and we got the home! Couldn’t have gone any better.
