Twice now, Rod has come to the rescue for me. Both times were when a person had passed away and I needed help selling property both real estate and personal. Each time, he has either met or exceeded what he said he would be able to do. He is knowledgeable, personable, professional and always easy to reach, which in my book is very important. He has also been fun to work with which when under stress is a hidden gift. Frankly, I would not consider anyone else and would trust him to represent me again no question.

Working with Rod was wonderful, he was very knowledgeable, always took the time to take my phone calls, (which were many). My house was very difficult to sell due to family matters but Rod was very patient and took his time explaining things that would come up and very patient and understanding dealing with difficult people. He also was spot on for the price of the house and was very open and honest about things. I would definitely recommend him for anyone selling or buying a home
