Although I never met Shelly because of the fact that I lived in another state, ( all of our transactions were carried out over the phone or email) she was professional, and knowledgeable re: real estate, and all of the paperwork that needed to go with it. She was very helpful in finding a contractor to complete work on the fireplace before the sale could be completed. She was very responsive to all my calls with the exception of one

Caleb did an outstanding job assisting me with the sell of my family home. It was a very difficult time for me emotionally and Caleb made this process very smooth by having much empathy when needed and expertise on market values based o many different factors. His is very down to earth, professional, and has great knowledge/expertise in his profession. He was very responsive to my many questions and offered great advise as well as resource when repairs were needed. Caleb is 100% a great guy and great a what he does. I will definitely work with him in the further and also recommend him to anyone that is looking to sell or buy property.
