I found Marc when searching for local buyer agents. I'm not necessarily against going with a big-name realty company, but I saw that he was local and had good reviews, so I took a chance. I cold-called him, and we had a long talk about what I wanted. Prior to calling, I already had a list of homes I was interested in, and he spent hours of his time reviewing these potential homes. I learned so much from Marc in our initial calls, especially about the "unknown unknowns" that a first-time homebuyer encounters. Marc is a busy guy, so don't expect immediate responses, but he never let me down. He accompanied me on about a dozen showings, and always gave me time to debrief afterwards to know how I felt about the home. The value in being able to bounce your ideas off of someone who knows so much about real estate is immeasurable. Upon an accepted offer, Marc was with me every step of the way. Thankfully, my closing was very clean, but Marc was still always there to provide peace of mind. Josh was amazing to work with. He came to each house prepared with information about the listing, comps in case we wanted to put an offer in and never pressured us on any of the things we wanted (or didn’t want) in a home. He was very flexible with availability for showings and was great with my little one, who even got a firetruck from Josh at closing! Other realtors we’ve worked with did not provide the thorough service that Josh did. It felt like Josh was working for us, instead of just providing the required license to view properties and write offers like other realtors. He sent us “coming soon” listings and offered property options (fitting our search criteria) to us without us a having to ask. Josh was kind and attentive to our budget and needs/wants.
