Josh was amazing to work with. He came to each house prepared with information about the listing, comps in case we wanted to put an offer in and never pressured us on any of the things we wanted (or didn’t want) in a home. He was very flexible with availability for showings and was great with my little one, who even got a firetruck from Josh at closing! Josh was very knowledgeable and is extremely professional and advocated for us as buyers. Josh will be highly recommended to anyone we know in the future looking for an agent!
