Other realtors we’ve worked with did not provide the thorough service that Josh did. It felt like Josh was working for us, instead of just providing the required license to view properties and write offers like other realtors. He sent us “coming soon” listings and offered property options (fitting our search criteria) to us without us a having to ask. Josh was kind and attentive to our budget and needs/wants.
