Guidance through a difficult process

We are incredibly grateful for the help and support we received from Marc during what was a very difficult and emotional process. He handled everything with an incredible amount of patience, understanding, and compassion. What made his support even more meaningful was that he had personal experience with situations like my father’s, so he truly understood how difficult and overwhelming the process could be. His personal experience allowed him to offer not only professional guidance, but also reassurance and perspective when we needed it most. He understood that this was about much more than simply selling a house and that it was a difficult transition for my father, and he treated the situation with the care and respect it deserved. Because of additional work needed at the home, the closing process took longer than expected. While the delay was due to circumstances outside of his control, he never lost patience. He remained helpful, supportive, and responsive throughout the entire process. He was always willing to answer our questions, offer guidance, keep us informed, and help us navigate each step along the way. Selling a home under our specific circumstances was not easy, but having a realtor who was so understanding and supportive made a tremendous difference.
