Mindy was fantastic! Our condo sold pretty quick at first but then fell through last minute. After that it became very difficult to sell due to time of year, and the HOA cost. Mindy was so great at coming up with new ideas to make it more desirable. We were moved out already, so she even went in and staged it herself! She also was the voice of reason when I had moments of "freaking out." I would highly recommend her!

I couldn't make the meeting where she explained the paperwork and she found a time that was convenient for me to review a second time so I could ask questions. She relayed our concerns to the sellers and worked to negotiate changes quickly and efficiently. So happy we had Mindy by our side!
