Pam was open about the challenges and the opportunities of selling our house. She tackled the details that were overwhelming to us, the seller. We enjoyed her visits as well as her handling of the viewings and inquiries about our property. She patiently guided us through the numerous electronic forms needed to complete the process. There were times I was confused by these details, but Pam clearly explained and walked us through the the process. Pam also provided us numerous suggestions about how to organize our house and help in our goal to downsize. We followed through on several of these suggestions and were able to efficiently organize our move to a new place. As is the case for most sellers, we were at times confused and frustrated with the process of selling your home. Pam guided us through these moments. We wrapped up the sale realizing that many of our frustrations were skillfully handled by Pam. We are very grateful for her professionalism and her guidance.

Andrea is amazing! She made great suggestions for how to de-clutter and stage our home for sale. She showed strong knowledge of the market and gave us great advice on an appropriate listing price. She was easy to work with when it came to scheduling showings and was prompt in getting info to us regarding feedback and offers from those interested in the house. After we had accepted an offer, Andrea continued to share information on all of the steps leading up to our closing and the whole process was as easy as it could be.
