As first-time home buyers, we couldnt have asked for a better agent than Eve. We had an issue come up with funding after we were already under contract on a property. Luckily, we were not concerned about losing our earnest money because Eve had written protections into the terms of the offer and explained them all to us beforehand. It can be really demoralizing for first time buyers (or anyone, I imagine) to have a purchase fall through, but Eve had regrouped and restrategized within 24 hours, sending us a new list of properties aligned with our new budget. The property we finally purchased was perfect for us and we got an amazing price on it, along with credits and repairs paid by the seller.
