As first-time home buyers, we couldnt have asked for a better agent than Eve. She is extremely knowledgeable about real estate and held our hands through every step of the process -- and there were a lot of them! If youre concerned about managing dates and deadlines, or getting taken advantage of due to a lack of experience, Eve would be a solid buyer's agent for you. We had an issue come up with funding after we were already under contract on a property. Luckily, we were not concerned about losing our earnest money because Eve had written protections into the terms of the offer and explained them all to us beforehand. It can be really demoralizing for first time buyers (or anyone, I imagine) to have a purchase fall through, but Eve had regrouped and restrategized within 24 hours, sending us a new list of properties aligned with our new budget. On the second property of interest, there was a competing offer. Eve helped ensure that we remained level headed and did not get into a bidding war or overpay. The property we finally purchased was perfect for us and we got an amazing price on it, along with credits and repairs paid by the seller.

From day one, Eve was incredibly communicative, organized, and on top of every detail. She consistently kept us informed, answered all of our questions (no matter how small), and made sure we understood each step along the way. What stood out most was how safe and supported we felt. She was on our team advocating for us, guiding us thoughtfully, and always keeping our best interests at heart.
