It can be really demoralizing for first time buyers (or anyone, I imagine) to have a purchase fall through, but Eve had regrouped and restrategized within 24 hours, sending us a new list of properties aligned with our new budget. On the second property of interest, there was a competing offer. Eve helped ensure that we remained level headed and did not get into a bidding war or overpay. The property we finally purchased was perfect for us and we got an amazing price on it, along with credits and repairs paid by the seller.
