My job keeps me away from the phone for extended periods of time but Theresa made sure all the paper work, appointments, Title company details, and the rest were handled on time. Questions were answered correctly, phone calls returned promptly, all the i's dotted and t's crossed-- what else could you ask of your agent? This was a rather small financial transaction but I was treated like it was a million dollar deal. Properties that were hours apart from each other. If that doesn’t say she will go above and beyond for her clients, then I don’t know what will. We ended up going under contract through her. When our house in NM failed to sell within the specified closure date of the property, she reasoned with the owners and got an extension. Once again, above and beyond. 10 out of 10, highly recommended.
