Theresa was super informative, knowledgeable and helpful throughout the entire time. Would answer me in a timely manner and listened to all my needs.

We flew to Kentucky to look at properties. Theresa took an entire day and drove us around to multiple locations of the properties that we were interested in. Properties that were hours apart from each other. If that doesn’t say she will go above and beyond for her clients, then I don’t know what will. We ended up going under contract through her. When our house in NM failed to sell within the specified closure date of the property, she reasoned with the owners and got an extension. Once again, above and beyond. 10 out of 10, highly recommended.
