It took us a while to be ready for walkthroughs, but as soon as we were ready, Theresa worked with us to schedule walkthroughs around our availability and explained every step of the home-buying process in great detail. When we were ready to make an offer, Theresa explained the process in detail and helped us compose a formal offer. Even when our offer was countered, she had our back and worked with us through the counter offer until it was accepted. Unfortunately, our lender and title company made some mistakes on the paperwork and our closing process was not perfect, but Theresa made sure that every issue was corrected, and supported us until the very last signature was placed on paper at the closing table. This was our first time buying a home, and Theresa was a great agent to have by our side during the process. She explained everything in great detail, answered every question we had, advocated for us, and was patient, honest and supportive until we found our dream home.
