Mary Jo Childers was the 4th realtor that I had worked with trying to sell my two properties. She did what others couldn't she sold them both in 1 week. She is very knowledgeable , she responds immediately to texts and is extremely personable, a joy to work with. She helped me through every step of the process and any problems that came up she was very quick to fix them and supportive. I would 100% use her again and recommend her to anyone who needs to sell their property quickly and efficiently.

I gave Marley impossible demands for finding a house within my budget. She nailed it with a positive attitude. Very helpful and quick to reply during the entire process!!
