Working with Rachel Valencia was comfortable and easy. She is very concerned about her clients, and helped us with all aspects of the sale- pre and post move out. Due to the political climate at the time and the uncertainties surrounding the financial outcomes, it took a bit longer to sell the house than we would have liked. But, once there was a bid, Rachel was on it. We had already moved cross country, so there were many calls and emails. We found the final process very easy. I would HIGHLY recommend Rachel to anyone looking to sell or purchase a property.
