About Marley

Marley has been an active member of the Parkersburg community since a very young age and is excited to be turning that community focus towards real estate. With a motivated mindset and a passion for serving her community, Marley is ready to go above and beyond to make your home buying or selling process go smoothly. From working as a health insurance agent, waitressing at local restaurants, and volunteering as a firefighter/EMT as a teenager, its clear to see that serving her community has always been Marley's passion. Now, as a proud member of the EXIT Riverbend Realty family, Marley holds the values of hard work, dedication, and excellent client service in everything she does. As the mother of a toddler, Marley's free time away from work is usually pretty booked. She hopes to involve her daughter in the same community activities that she was able to participate in growing up such as participating in community service projects through Wood County 4-H, learning about performative arts at the Parkersburg Actor's Guild and enjoying various art projects at the Parkersburg Art Center. Marley was very well prepared and everything that she did. She went above what would be expected of a real estate person. She was knowledgeable in anything that came up. If there was a problem or anything that came up she took care of it. She made the process very easy campus in the loop of what was going on.

Everything went very well.

Motivated, energetic, perfect realtor!

Marley Umensetter is young and very motivated to take care of her clients. I listed my home for sale with Marley. She did a fantastic job with the photographs of the house, stayed in contact about showings, had all necessary paperwork prepared and ready to sign without delay. She was knowlegable, approachable and a true pleasure to work with. I highly recommend Marley. Rest assured you won't be disappointed. In addition, Marley assumed the role of buyer's agent. I was able to sell one house and purchase the next on the same day! Wow!
