Rachel Valencia is the best! She is very dedicated to her work and we never had any issues with communication. If it was after hours or weekends she would always answer us. She is knowledgeable about the buying/selling process and stepped in several times to assist us if we had issues along the way. When she helped us buy our first home my wife was pregnant and it was around September. When Easter had come, Rachel remembered us and delivered an Easter basket for our new born. She goes above and beyond to make you feel like more than just a client, she makes you feel like family.
