"Working with Rachel was an exceptional experience. From pricing and listing through closing, she guided us through our very first home sale with utmost professionalism and care. She kept us stress-free and answered every question immediately. Her marketing strategy is top-notch; the professional photography was stunning, and our home went under contract just two days after going live. Furthermore, Rachel is an outstanding advocate to have in your corner. When an unexpected and unusual issue arose during the home inspection, she worked tirelessly to resolve it and ensure a smooth closing. I highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a home."

Great experience from start to finish. Amanda was extremely helpful and responsive. She found our home and dealt with all the nagging issues that can slow down a sale.

Will Richmond as the most trustworthy, respected guy he always goes over and beyond what is expected of him no matter what time of the day or night he’s available for us! He is such an awesome person to work with! I will never use another realtor besides him! All of our houses we have bought have gone so smoothly and then the ones we have sold, have sold within the first two days!!!

What stood out most was Mary Jo’s genuine care and commitment! I never felt like “just another client.” She treated me like family and consistently went above and beyond to make sure everything worked out smoothly. If you are looking for a realtor who is professional, trustworthy, responsive, and truly invested in their clients’ success, I cannot recommend Mary Jo Childers highly enough. I am incredibly grateful for her hard work and would absolutely use her again in the future!

I gave Marley impossible demands for finding a house within my budget. She nailed it with a positive attitude. Very helpful and quick to reply during the entire process!!
