I was referred to Brittney through my friend and mortgage broker, Tim. He spoke highly of Brittney and how she would be able to help me get a house - with concessions - so that I had less to bring to the table in closing. Immediately, Brittney called me and gave me the run down of all the financials I would need to be prepared for to close (inspection fees, EMD, appraisal fee, etc). After only a couple weeks, I finally found the home I loved, but unfortunately they had accepted another offer right after our showing. The divine experience comes in because I still knew by faith that it was my house! Brittney put in my back up offer and told the selling agent, if anything changes to give her a call! And she did! Brittney helped me with everything to get me to the closing table and even after when I had questions. It was meant for us to work together! She did what needed to be done and I’m so grateful!
