My sister and I enlisted Chris to sell my mother's home. I couldn't have been more pleased with our entire experience. Chris listened to our rationale about how we wanted to price the property, gave us some advice (property was selling as is, for cash, so Chris advised us to pay for the city inspection, which was required in our municipality, to be completed in advance), and kept us apprised at every turn.
