A Divine Experience

I was referred to Brittney through my friend and mortgage broker, Tim. He spoke highly of Brittney and how she would be able to help me get a house - with concessions - so that I had less to bring to the table in closing. Immediately, Brittney called me and gave me the run down of all the financials I would need to be prepared for to close (inspection fees, EMD, appraisal fee, etc). She said that this would be a relationship where she would have to get to know what I wanted, and that was very true. There were houses that I thought I would like and didn’t and some that were great except the room dimensions. But she kept working at it! Even showing me houses in the rain! She talked through the details of the houses with great knowledge, pointing out things that I may not know to look at! And she gave honest opinions without trying to influence my decisions! After only a couple weeks, I finally found the home I loved, but unfortunately they had accepted another offer right after our showing. The divine experience comes in because I still knew by faith that it was my house! Brittney put in my back up offer and told the selling agent, if anything changes to give her a call! And she did! Brittney helped me with everything to get me to the closing table and even after when I had questions. It was meant for us to work together! She did what needed to be done and I’m so grateful! Not to mention, she got my purchase price lowered while still getting me $10,000 in concessions. I highly recommend her 1000%!
