He came to our initial meeting with a proposal packet that included comps, his resume, and some ideas as to how he would approach the sale of the home. He went to work right away and addressed things that I wasn't aware would be issues. He helped us line up a contractor to fix a couple of issues to help the house view better. He arranged for a cleaner to come in to prepare the house, got professional photos (including drone footage)! He set up the open house and was there for every one of them over that week. He communicated clearly, frequently and professionally. He sought clarification from us at every step and respected our wishes. He provided his professional opinions in all matters and got us through the whole sales process smoothly. If I am ever in the market to buy or sell again in this area, I will seek him out 1st.
