Jack helped us narrow down our list of 25-30 homes down to a top 3 by the time we came up to Reno for in-person showings. His video tours are tremendously helpful for remote buyers, or even busy buyers that don’t have the time to look at every single house. I have re-watched the tour he did for us on our final choice dozens of times. He points out flaws and features we would not have noticed or even thought to look for. This was our fourth home purchase, and even with the long-distance component, was by far the least stressful. We’ve worked with and interviewed a lot of realtors over the years as buyers and sellers, and Jack is easily the most knowledgeable we have had, with tons of practical, experienced advice. Jack’s team and network made the inspections and closing coordination a breeze, so smooth we were even able to move up the closing date!
