This was a mixed review between Terry and Paula Clark. Paula was major during initial timeframe due to Terry health issue. It was extended due to the market. The buyers pulled out and came back as soon as resolved the contingency. Both Terry and Paula were right there for info and support over 3-4 months. Good advice!

It really matters who you get as an agent! We have bought and sold now 5 properties throughout our lives, and Mark has by far been the BEST agent we have had! We have had a couple who were no at all looking out for our best interest. We have had a couple whom we lost quite a bit of money by using. If you want someone who actually represents YOU, then Mark is your best choice! We really appreciate every encounter we had with him from the beginning to the finale sale of our property in Washington!
